    All data are collected and processed to fulfill the mandatory requirements related to our economic activity, legal nature, contractual relationships, in orderto comply with your requests.  Data reporting is usually optional, but it becomes mandatory for all compulsory data according to the law and / or to establish and / or to fulfill contractual obligations. The failure to provide such data may therefore not allow the establishment, the continuation of the total or partial processing of reports or anyway to respond to your requests. The collected data may be used in our Newsletter, through which you can always be informed about our activities and offers. 

Our Camping is furthermore fitted with a video surveillance system, installed for the sole purpose of safety, necessary for reading the car’s license plateto allow its identification and to grant access to the campsite. We also wish to inform you that photos and video recordings may be taken at the campsite for promotional purposes of the camping and maybe therefore used to create advertising, promotional material through IT tools (website, Facebook, etc.) and through printed flyer and leaflets as well.

    The data arelawfully processedin accordance with therules of correctness and confidentiality, in full compliance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003, the EU Reg. 679/2016 and the Legislative Decree 101/2018, through the use of IT tools and paper-based instruments and in any case with appropriate means to guarantee security and confidentiality. We would like to inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimization of data processing, pursuant to art. 5 of the EU Reg. 679/2016, your biographical and personal data will be storedfor a maximum period of ten years.

    Please be also advised that the collected data will never bedisclosed or communicated without your explicit consent.
    Data may be notified, in addition to all those belonging to our Camping, to otherentitiesas wellsuch as subsidiaries or associated companies who may help run operations on behalf of our Company (i.e. tax obligations, sales network, shipping services, consulting, transportation, marketing and communication, etc.),and to entities authorized or provided for by law.

Your data may be used by Camping Bergamini Srl and by companies associated with it for information purposes related to our activities and offers, via email or direct contact. You can at any time exercise the right to refuse such communications, pursuant to art. 7 of the Legislative Decree196/03 and art. 15 of the EU Reg. 679/2016.

    You can at any time, according to art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 and of articles from 15 to 22 of the EU Reg. 679/2016,exercise the right to:
    a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your biographical and personal data;
    b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of data, the recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the biographical and personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
    c) obtain the correction and deletion of the data;
    d) obtain the treatment limitation;
